Certified E-mail

[Abstract]
Certified mail problem is one of the problems which occur in case of contract over Internet. This problem is to check whether mail has reached certainly the partner the sender of mail wants to send to. Some E-mail programs have the function which the sender requests that receiver returns the receipt of E-mail. However, this function is useless when the sender cannot trust the receiver, since it is dependent on the receiver whether returns or not. Even when they cannot trust each other, this function is wanted to realize, and if required, this mail receipt should be proved to third party.
